*Note: Please continue with this registration only is you represent an organization that is located in Johnson County that provides a service to the older adults and persons with disabilities in Johnson County. The exception is if you provide a service to residents of Johnson County that is not provided by anyone in Johnson County.
Before your information will be published we will verify that your service meets the criteria of our policies and that you have the authority to represent the service you claim. You must enter a valid email address below, or we will not be able to communicate with you and your information will be discarded.
Livable Community will use the email address you use below to communicate administrative messages regarding the setup of your listing on this site. The email address you use below need not be the same as the email address you publish in your listing and available to the general public. An email will be sent to you shortly after you register from our email address, johnsoncounty@livablecommuity.org
Once you have registered through the form located below, you must click the link found in the email you will receive before your account can be verified. In the mean time you may complete the entire registration process including requesting a listing for your organization.
The information requested in the form that follows will be used strictly for identifying you as a user of our sysem and it will not be published. You will have the opportunity to enter information about the service or services your organization provides in the steps that follow the registration form below.
